Space Adventure
About
This series of images is inspired by two of my favorite authors, Arthur C. Clarke and H.P. Lovecraft. The images were taken with a Kodak Graphlex 2x3 using combinations of vintage close up filters. The subjects are 1970s Fisher Price Adventure People. To this day, I still collect space age toys from the 1970s and 1980s. They were an essential part of my childhood. From an early age, I have been inspired by these toys and discovered endless possibilities of play and imagination. They have always been the embodiment of the frightening mysteries of outer space.
